I`m Still Trying

For the past 2 weeks now I have been trying to get an appointment for my final road test, but i still haven`t got anything out of it yet! I thought that once you were done your course it would be easy, just go online and book your road test. But it seems that the only availeble time for my road test would be in august even though I Finished my course in the middle of May.

Something they told us at the beginning of taking the driving course was that it would take any type of schedule, from being  a busy student to a couch potato. But it seems that they actually false advertised that bit. I have been trying constently everyday now for 2 weeks streight just to book my last test. Anyway I won`t be blabbing on about this forever I`m just a little disapointed in the driving school right now.

Anyway I will be happy once I`ll get my full liscense, that`s for sure.

Graduating

I have been waiting for this day for about, well my whole life. I will be graduating high school in less than a month and i can honestly say that i`m excited. It may be something that only lasts a day, but at the same time I won`t have to come back to this school well ever unless I try to become a teacher or something, but I highly dought that that job suits me well. Personally I would rather become a pilot or an engineer than that. But it`s entirely a personal choice.

Anyway Like I was saying before, I am almost done high school. The only things left really are last minute assignments and the final exams for math, french and history(Contemporary world).

I know that now days even if you have a highschool diploma you can`t find a decent job. Well atleast i`ll have part 2 of my education done. Now i need to decide if i want to go to university or not. I will go to college for sure but university I`m still asking myself about it. But I think I`ll go just for the purpose of family and the furture.

Finding Jobs, an impossible task

For the past 3 months i have been trying to get a job, i have looked everywhere, and applied to atleast 10 places but it seems that every place is full or they just don`t feel the need to hire another teen.

Personally i`m starting to get worried because of the fact that not only coming closer to getting my liscense but i will also be going to cegep soon. so i will need to to pay many things with the money i don`t have.

Technology, the wonderful killer

Most people praise their many electronic devices that they use for their day to day activities. Technology is evolving at a very fast rate compared to a few years ago. 20 years ago, the things that were considered fantasy are now a reality for the most part. Cell phones are more like computers, and internet for sharing, creating and fun. People could barely imagine a world without internet, emails, and chatting services such as msn. Some of the simplest things, such as TV, movies, and even video games, have also evolved, and each one of these have grown tremendously and offer users a wide choice of opportunity and possibilities.

Although many will publicize modern technology for its achievements and evolutionary advancements, what most don`t realise is how it affected and still affects us today in a negative way. Technology has also affected many industries and sectors forcing them to shut down because they are out of demand for that certain type of work in the field around some less technological work.

        Newspaper companies, for example, have been hit very hard by the advancements in technology. Big newspapers and local agencies have been forced to lay off a large portion of their workers or shut down altogether, because of the already easy to access news on the internet which is free. Businesses and companies now rely heavily on digital printing methods for work brochures, magazines, and other advertisement methods they need to succeed, which puts traditional printing methods in a tough spot. Music does not need to be purchased in the music store anymore because you can simply buy it online or on iTunes, this creates a big problem for major music store chains and local businesses because they can’t sell their products anymore. The movie industry has also taken a big hit because DVD sales have decreased since people can simply go onto Netflix, or a movie streaming website for the same price and saving gas and time for traveling.

        As a result people are becoming lazier, and don’t feel the need or desire to step outside of their home to find entertainment and fun. This also creates many health risks, because people seemed to stop finding certain things fun such as sports like basketball or rugby with friends, or even simple things like going to a coffee shop to meet some friends. Technology is a privilege which may lead to the ending of human interaction altogether which is crucial for human evolution and repopulation. Therefore you should not let the wonderful but dangerous technology take over your life, instead try having some real fun for a change.

Party time it`s May!

School year coming to an end, does this mean you can slack off, or take it easy because you already successfully passed your previous terms or semesters? No, actually that`s the exact opposite of what your supposed to do. The end of the year usually means that the hardest part of the year is coming up, and that you will most likely be having trouble because you didn`t study enough or didn`t try.

Although you think that the year is over and it`s time to party, it really isn`t because that`s when most people actually fail because they slacked off and flunked their final exam. I personnally do occasionally slack off a little for certain courses, but overall I don`t really slack off until it`s june 21, or whenever my exams end.

Personnally, math is the hardest course for me, which is sort of weird because I`m in advanced math and I`m not really failling either its just that i`m having trouble understanding everything.

Anyway, the end of the year is deffinetly not a slack off time or party time. It`s time to put everything you learned through-out the year and try to practice and learn things you had trouble with. And that way when your final exam comes around, youactually can succeed.

Fighting for what?

Have you ever expirienced a fight, or some type of brawl? It`s something that can either bring up your inner rebel or perhaps show how much you actually hate violance. In either case fightig is wrong and should be stopped among teenagers.

A few weeks ago at my school which will stay nameless for now, a fight happened that spread accros montreal, and all local cities.

The fight happened over pointless reasons and the injuries that happened over something as small as it was kinda made me angry.

The one that got the most injured and to me probably went there to appologize over the situation has broken his cheek bone in 2 places and cracked his eye socket. He had to go threw a reconstructive surgery and will most likely miss the rest of the school year exept for the end of year exams.

As i said earlier the news had spread across montreal and close to Ontario also. It`s crazy how the newspaper can turn the audience against our school, and accuse us of not trying to stop the fight. The fight occured i know that one person did try, and that multiple other people tried to talk one of the fighters out of fighting the other.

Any way, I just found that this was sort of crazy and that people can be extremly cruel at times.( Or just plane stupid)

Driving These Days

Today i found out that in 1 month Quebec will add a new rule to the roads. This new rule will add a zero tolerance to anyone who is 21 or younger. This means that if your caught with 0.01, or with any for the matter of fact you will get a 3 month suspension and a 300 to 800$ fine plus you`ll have to pay for your cars impound fee and many other types of fees. I personally think that this new rule is sort of over kill, I mean I understand that most accidents are caused from intoxicated teenagers, but i think they should of just reduced the legal drinking limit to 0.06 or 0.05 not ban students and teenagers from maybe having one beer and driving later that day. This rule could cause alot of problems with students living on their own, because I`m sure that there will be a huge increase in criminal records because of this and could cause alot of problems for everyone.

I am not even 18 yet so i mean it kinda sucks that i have to wait 5 years now just to be able to go to a party drink one beer and drive back home. But overall this could save alot of lives and thats worth alot more than my opinion is.

Got Accepted for The Unimaginable!

Hey everyone! Today ive good news for me. I got accepted, thats right accepted, for college. If you think that it`s something that`s super easy and you can get in relatively easy, well your wrong. To get into collge these days is very difficult not only because of the fact that people are reproducing like mad people, and sex has become a huge thing for young adults! But the economy has been up and down for the past years that if you don`t have a job by 15 in the united states and your parents are not rich than you`ll be in dept for the rest of your life. Another thing is that you will need to get above average grades to be even accepted because of all the competion! So when I foun out that I got accepted i was really happy.

Thankfully I live in Canada and college doesn`t cost too much because the only thing you have to pay for really is the books and the gas money to travel back and forth, unless you live in the city of the college or your taken public transit( which can still be pretty expensive).

Welcome To Life

Hey, this my personal/ranting blog that i will use to sort of let my anger towards the world out. It won`t be too offensive, but you should expect some random content at times. Just warning you.

Anyway as most of you probably know life is pretty irratating. It can seem almost undesirable some of the time because of all the crap that is happening these days! So it`s time to rant it out and to express what`s going on in that nogging of ours. because it helps to make life a little easier, because there are some good moments too.
